No message tone - Vodafone Smart Chat

Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off

If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you receive a message.

Solution: Choose message tone.

Press the menu icon.

Press the Menu key.

Turn on notifications

Press Notifications to turn on the function.

Turn on notifications

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.

Select message tone

Press Select ringtone.

Select message tone

Press the different message tones to listen to them.

Once you've found a message tone you like, press OK.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
