When call waiting is turned on, you can hear and answer a new incoming call while you're on the phone. Follow these instructions to use call waiting.
You need to turn on call waiting before you can use this function. Click here for information on how to turn on call waiting.

When you have an ongoing call, the new call is signalled by a sound.Press Connect to answer the call.The first call is put on hold.

Press Connect to answer the call.
The first call is put on hold.

If you're a on a pay as you go price plan, you can hear the new call but you can't answer it without ending the ongoing call.
Press Swap to swap calls.
Step 2 of 4

Swap calls

Press Swap to swap calls.

Make sure the call you want to end is active.Press Disconnect.The active call is ended and the call on hold is automatically activated.

End active call

Make sure the call you want to end is active.
Press Disconnect.
The active call is ended and the call on hold is automatically activated.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
Step 4 of 4

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
