Cause 1 of 3: Too many applications open

If there are too many applications open, it may cause an application not to respond.

Solution: Close one or more open applications.

Step 1 of 4

End active applications

Press the Home key twice.
At the bottom of the display a list of active applications is displayed.

End active applications

Press and hold any menu item until the menu items start to jiggle.

Step 3 of 4

End active applications

Press the end application icon to end the required application.

Step 4 of 4

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the Home key twice.
At the bottom of the display a list of active applications is displayed.

Press the end application icon to end the required application.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
