If the wrong PIN is entered, your phone can't start up.

Solution: Key in the correct PIN.

Press and hold On/Off until your device vibrates.

Key in your PIN and press OK.

SIM rejected

If your device rejects your SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your device.

Turn off your device

Press and hold On/Off.

Turn off your device

Press OK.

Press and hold On/Off until your device vibrates.

2 Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.

3 SIM rejected

If your device rejects your SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your device.
