Cause 1 of 2: Your phone is set to silent mode

If your phone is set to silent mode, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Turn off silent mode.

Turn silent mode on or off

To turn on silent mode:
Press and hold Q until Silent profile is activated is displayed.

To turn off silent mode:
Press and hold Q until General profile is activated is displayed.

To turn on silent mode:
Press and hold Q until Silent profile is activated is displayed.

To turn off silent mode:
