Cause 1 of 4: Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone

If Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone, you can't find a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "WIFI Connection"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "WIFI Connection"

Scroll to Wi-Fi and press the Navigation key.

Find "WIFI Connection"

Scroll to WIFI Connection and press the Navigation key.

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

To turn on Wi-Fi:
Press the Navigation key to turn on Wi-Fi.

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

To turn off Wi-Fi:
Press Options.

Step 6 of 7

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Scroll to Disable Wi-Fi and press the Navigation key.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Wi-Fi and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to WIFI Connection and press the Navigation key.

2 Turn Wi-Fi on or off

To turn on Wi-Fi:
Press the Navigation key to turn on Wi-Fi.
To turn off Wi-Fi:
Press Options.
Scroll to Disable Wi-Fi and press the Navigation key.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
