Cause 1 of 5: Fixed dialling is turned on

Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers your phone can call and send messages to. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls and send messages to fixed numbers.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find "Fixed dial"

Press the contacts icon.

Press Options.

Find "Fixed dial"

Press Contacts settings.

Find "Fixed dial"

Press Extra numbers.

Find "Fixed dial"

Press Fixed dial.

Deactivate fixed dialling

Press Mode to select Off.
Key in the PIN2.

Deactivate fixed dialling

Press OK.

1 Find "Fixed dial"

Press the contacts icon.
Press Options.
Press Contacts settings.
Press Extra numbers.
Press Fixed dial.

2 Deactivate fixed dialling

Press Mode to select Off.
Key in the PIN2.
Press OK.
