Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off

If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you receive a message.

Solution: Choose message tone.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Profiles"

Press Menu.

Step 2 of 7

Find "Profiles"

Scroll to Profiles and press the Navigation key.

Step 3 of 7

Select message tone

Highlight the current profile and press Edit.

Step 4 of 7

Select message tone

Highlight the field below Message beep and press the Navigation key.

Step 5 of 7

Select message tone

Highlight the different message tones and wait a moment to hear them.

Step 6 of 7

Select message tone

Once you've found a message tone you like, press the Navigation key.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

2 Select message tone

Highlight the current profile and press Edit.
Highlight the field below Message beep and press the Navigation key.
Highlight the different message tones and wait a moment to hear them.
Once you've found a message tone you like, press the Navigation key.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
