Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voicemail"

Press Menu.

Find "Voicemail"

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voicemail"

Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voicemail"

Scroll to Voicemail and press the Navigation key.

Enter the voicemail number

Press Options.

Enter the voicemail number

Scroll to Edit and press the Navigation key.

Step 7 of 10

Enter the voicemail number

Highlight the field below voice mail.

Step 8 of 10

Enter the voicemail number

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press OK.

Step 9 of 10

Enter the voicemail number

Press Yes to confirm.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voicemail and press the Navigation key.

2 Enter the voicemail number

Press Options.
Scroll to Edit and press the Navigation key.
Highlight the field below voice mail.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press OK.
Press Yes to confirm.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
