You can't check your voice messages - Vodafone 252

Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Step 1 of 6

Find "Voicemail"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Voicemail"

Scroll to Messaging and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voicemail"

Scroll to Voicemail and press the Navigation key.

Save voicemail number

Highlight the top field and press the Navigation key.

Save voicemail number

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key twice.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Messaging and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Voicemail and press the Navigation key.

Highlight the top field and press the Navigation key.

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key twice.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
