I can't make voice calls on my TCL 10 Pro Android 10.0

Cause 3 of 4: Missed calls are diverted too fast

Your missed calls are diverted after a specified number of seconds. If your calls are diverted too fast, you need to select a longer period of time.

Solution: Set divert delay.

Step 1 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press the phone icon.

Step 2 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press the menu icon.

Step 3 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press Settings.

Step 4 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press Calling accounts.

Step 5 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press the name of the SIM.

Press Call forwarding.

Press the required divert type.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Press Call forwarding.

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Calling accounts.
Press the name of the SIM.
Press Call forwarding.

2 Divert calls to voicemail

Press the required divert type.
If you divert missed calls, you need to select a delay for the divert. Press the drop down list and follow the instructions on the screen to select a delay for the divert.
Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press ENABLE.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
