You can't send text messages - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
Cause 1 of 5:
Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers your phone can call and send messages to. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls and send messages to fixed numbers.
Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.
