Cause 2 of 3: Your phone isn't assembled correctly

If your SIM or battery isn't inserted correctly, you can't turn on your phone.

Solution: Make sure that both SIM and battery are inserted correctly.

Step 1 of 3

Open the cover

Open the cover on the right side of the device.

Step 2 of 3

Insert the SIM card

Turn the SIM card so the golden contacts are facing downwards and the angled corner of the SIM card is pointing towards the device.
Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder until it clicks into place.

Step 3 of 3

Close the cover.

Close the cover again.

1 Open the cover

Open the cover on the right side of the device.

2 Insert the SIM card

Turn the SIM card so the golden contacts are facing downwards and the angled corner of the SIM card is pointing towards the device.
Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder until it clicks into place.

3 Close the cover.

Close the cover again.
