Cause 2 of 3: Your phone isn't assembled correctly

If your SIM or battery isn't inserted correctly, you can't turn on your phone.

Solution: Make sure that both SIM and battery are inserted correctly.

Step 1 of 3

Open the cover

Open the cover at the top of the device.

Step 2 of 3

Insert your SIM

Turn your SIM so the golden contacts are facing downwards and the angled corner of your SIM is pointing to the right.
Slide your SIM into the SIM holder until it clicks into place.

Step 3 of 3

Close the cover

Close the cover again.

Open the cover at the top of the device.

2 Insert your SIM

Turn your SIM so the golden contacts are facing downwards and the angled corner of your SIM is pointing to the right.
Slide your SIM into the SIM holder until it clicks into place.

3 Close the cover

Close the cover again.
