You can check for available software updates for the phone and download them. Follow these instructions to update the phone's software.
Before you can update the phone's software, you need to install the program Samsung Kies on your computer.

Open the cover at the top of the phone.

Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to the computer's USB port.

Start the program Samsung Kies on your computer.
Depending on the settings in Samsung Kies, the program may suggest to update the phone automatically.

Select your phone on the list of connected devices.

Follow the instructions on the screen to update the phone software.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Connect phone and computer
