Copy contacts between phone and SIM card - Samsung Galaxy S

You can copy contacts between the SIM card and the phone. This is useful if you change phone or SIM card as it saves you keying in all the information again. Follow these instructions to copy contacts between the SIM card and the phone.

Find "Copy contacts"

Press Contacts.

Press the Contacts tab.

Find "Copy contacts"

Press the Menu key.

Press More.

Find "Copy contacts"

Press Copy contacts.

Copy contacts between phone and SIM card

Press Phone to SIM or SIM to Phone.

Copy contacts between phone and SIM card

Press Select all.

Copy contacts between phone and SIM card

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), all contacts will be copied.

Press Copy.

If you copy to the SIM card:
Press OK to confirm.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Find "Copy contacts"

Press Contacts.
Press the Contacts tab.
Press the Menu key.
Press More.
Press Copy contacts.

Copy contacts between phone and SIM card

Press Phone to SIM or SIM to Phone.
Press Select all.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), all contacts will be copied.
Press Copy.
If you copy to the SIM card:
Press OK to confirm.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
