If the phone lock code is activated, it needs to be keyed in when you turn on the phone. Follow these instructions to change the phone lock code.
You need to activate the phone lock code before you can change it. Click here to see how.

Find "Change unlock pattern"

Press Applications.

Press Settings.

Press Change unlock pattern.

Change phone lock code

Press and drag a point to connect the points in the existing phone lock code.

Change phone lock code

Press and drag a point to connect at least four points to select a new phone lock code.

Step 7 of 9

Change phone lock code

Press Continue.
Repeat the selected phone lock code to confirm.

Step 8 of 9

Change phone lock code

Press Confirm.

Step 9 of 9

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
