Cause 1 of 4: Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone

If Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone, you can't find a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Apps.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Settings.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Step 4 of 6

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Press the indicator next to Wi-Fi to turn Wi-Fi on or off.

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

When the indicator turns green, Wi-Fi is turned on.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Press Wi-Fi.

Press the indicator next to Wi-Fi to turn Wi-Fi on or off.

When the indicator turns green, Wi-Fi is turned on.

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
