You can't receive voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Note II
Cause 1 of 3:
You can block all incoming calls or incoming calls when abroad. If one of these call barring types is turned on, incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail or another number.
Solution: Turn off call barring for incoming calls.
