Cause 1 of 4: Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone

If Wi-Fi isn't turned on in your phone, you can't find a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "WLAN"

Press the Menu key.

Step 2 of 7

Find "WLAN"

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 7

Find "WLAN"

Press Connectivity.

Step 4 of 7

Find "WLAN"

Press WLAN.

Step 5 of 7

Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Step 6 of 7

Select Wi-Fi network

Press Connect.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

Press WLAN.

2 Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.
Press Connect.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.

3 Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
