You can't make voice calls - Nokia N700

Cause 1 of 9: Barring of outgoing calls is turned on

If barring of outgoing calls is turned on, you can't make calls.

Solution: Turn off barring of outgoing calls.

Find "Call barring"

Press the Menu key.

Step 2 of 8

Find "Call barring"

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 8

Find "Call barring"

Press Calling.

Step 4 of 8

Find "Call barring"

Press Call barring.

Step 5 of 8

Cancel all call barrings

Press the menu icon.

Step 6 of 8

Cancel all call barrings

Press Deactivate all barrings.

Step 7 of 8

Cancel all call barrings

Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.
A request to cancel all call barrings is sent to the network.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Call barring"

Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press Calling.
Press Call barring.

2 Cancel all call barrings

Press the menu icon.
Press Deactivate all barrings.
Key in your barring password (default is 0000) and press OK.
A request to cancel all call barrings is sent to the network.

3 Exit

Press the Menu key to return to standby mode.
