You can't receive voice calls - Nokia Lumia 930

Cause 2 of 3: Missed calls are diverted too fast

Missed calls are diverted to the voice mail (or another number) after a specified number of seconds. If the time limit has been set to the lowest number of seconds, it can be difficult to answer the call in time.

Solution: Choose a longer time limit for divert of missed calls.

Find "set"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press ALL SETTINGS.

Press network+.

Press set.

Select divert type

The current settings are displayed.
Press the field below one of the following options:

Enter the voicemail number

Press enter number.

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the confirm icon.

Divert calls to your voicemail

Press the divert type until the function is turned on.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

4 Divert calls to your voicemail

Press the divert type until the function is turned on.

5 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
