Bluetooth needs to be turned on on your phone before another Bluetooth device can connect to your phone.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth.

Find "Bluetooth"

Slide your finger left on the display.
Press Settings.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Bluetooth.

Step 3 of 4

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator next to Status.
Depending on the current setting, the function is turned on or off.

Step 4 of 4

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Settings.
Press Bluetooth.

2 Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator next to Status.
Depending on the current setting, the function is turned on or off.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
