Cause 1 of 3: Divert of all calls is turned on
If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail.
Solution: Turn off divert of all calls.
Find "Call divert"
Press Menu.
Press Settings.
Press Call.
Press Call divert.
Cancel all diverts
Press No call diverts.A request to cancel all diverts is sent to the network.
Exit
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
