You can't receive voice calls - Nokia 220

Cause 1 of 3: Divert of all calls is turned on

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail.

Solution: Turn off divert of all calls.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Cancel all diverts

Scroll to No call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to No call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
