Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Scroll to Messaging and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Scroll to More and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Scroll to Voicemails and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Scroll to Voice call messages and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mailbox no."

Scroll to Voice mailbox no. and press the Navigation key.

Step 7 of 8

Save the voicemail number

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Scroll to Messaging and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to More and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voicemails and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voice call messages and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Voice mailbox no. and press the Navigation key.

2 Save the voicemail number

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
