Cause 1 of 1: Text message notification for incoming voice messages has been turned off
If text message notification for incoming voice messages has been turned off, you'll not receive a text message when you have a new voice message in your voicemail.
Solution: Turn on text message notification.
Call 171.
When your call is answered, press * to go to the main menu and then key in the following sequence:
5 1 2 1 2.
