There's no incoming call alert - Motorola Gleam+

Cause 1 of 2: Your phone is set to silent mode

If your phone is set to silent mode, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Turn off silent mode.

Find "User profiles"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to User profiles and press the Navigation key.

Turn silent mode on or off

To turn on silent mode:
Scroll to Silent and press the Navigation key.

Turn silent mode on or off

To turn off silent mode:
Highlight a profile other than Silent and press the Navigation key.

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to User profiles and press the Navigation key.

To turn on silent mode:
Scroll to Silent and press the Navigation key.

To turn off silent mode:
Highlight a profile other than Silent and press the Navigation key.

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
