I can't make voice calls on my Microsoft Lumia 950 XL Windows Phone 10.0

Cause 1 of 13: Fixed dialling is turned on

When you turn on fixed dialling, you can only call predefined numbers and do emergency calls.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find "Phone"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Phone"

Press All settings.

Press System.

Press Phone.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press the indicator below "Fixed Dialling (FDN)" to turn fixed dialling on or off.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Key in your PIN2 and press Enter.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Phone"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press All settings.

Press System.

Press Phone.

2 Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press the indicator below "Fixed Dialling (FDN)" to turn fixed dialling on or off.

Key in your PIN2 and press Enter.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
