I can't make voice calls on my HMD 2660 Flip Proprietary OS

Cause 4 of 14: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select Connectivity.

Select Dual SIM.

Select SIM settings.

Select the name of the SIM.

If you want to select a network automatically, select Automatic.

If you want to select a network manually, select Manual and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select the required network.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Select Dual SIM.

Select SIM settings.

Select the name of the SIM.

Select Network selection.

2 Select network

If you want to select a network automatically, select Automatic.

If you want to select a network manually, select Manual and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Select the required network.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
