I can't check my voicemail on my HMD 2660 Flip Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 4: The voicemail number is not saved in the phone

To use a shortcut key to call your voicemail, the voicemail number needs to be saved in the phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Call settings"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Call settings"

Select the settings icon.

Find "Call settings"

Select System.

Select Call settings.

Save voicemail number

Select Voicemail number.

Save voicemail number

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call settings"

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select System.

Select Call settings.

2 Save voicemail number

Select Voicemail number.

Key in (prefix) 5 (your phone number) and press the Navigation key.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
