I can't make voice calls on my Google Pixel 9 Android 14

Cause 10 of 13: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.
