I can't make voice calls on my Doro PhoneEasy 632 Proprietary OS

Cause 12 of 13: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan but is turned on on your phone, you can't make calls when roaming.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Caller ID"

Press the Left selection key.

Select Settings and press the Left selection key.

Select Calls and press the Left selection key.

Select Call setup and press the Left selection key.

Select Caller ID and press the Left selection key.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Send ID and press the Left selection key to turn on the function.

Select Hide ID and press the Left selection key to turn off the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Caller ID"

Press the Left selection key.

Select Settings and press the Left selection key.

Select Calls and press the Left selection key.

Select Call setup and press the Left selection key.

Select Caller ID and press the Left selection key.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Send ID and press the Left selection key to turn on the function.

Select Hide ID and press the Left selection key to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
