You can't make voice calls - BlackBerry Bold 9900

Cause 1 of 8: Flight mode is turned on

If flight mode is turned on, you can't make or receive calls.

Solution: Turn off flight mode.

Turn flight mode on or off

Press the Menu key twice.

Step 2 of 5

Turn flight mode on or off

Press Manage Connections.

Step 3 of 5

Turn flight mode on or off

Press Mobile Network to turn flight mode on or off.
When the box next to the menu item is empty, flight mode is turned off.

Step 4 of 5

Exit

Press Disconnect.

Exit

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.

Press the Menu key twice.

Press Manage Connections.

Press Mobile Network to turn flight mode on or off.
When the box next to the menu item is empty, flight mode is turned off.

Press Disconnect.

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
