You need to set up your computer and your phone before you can use tethering.

Solution: Set up your phone for tethering.

Connect phone and computer

Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to the computer's USB port.

Press Sync Media.

Start the program BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer.

Select Mobile Internet.

Click the field next to Profile name and key in Vodafone Internet

Use tethering

Select Connect.
An Internet connection from the computer via the phone is established.

1 Connect phone and computer

Start the program BlackBerry Desktop Software on your computer.
Select Mobile Internet.
Select Configure connection ....
Select Add custom profile ....
Click the field next to Profile name and key in Vodafone Internet
Click the field next to Access point.
Key in live.vodafone.com
Select OK.
Select OK.

3 Use tethering

Select Connect.
An Internet connection from the computer via the phone is established.
