Cause 2 of 5: The message centre number is incorrect

The message centre ensures that your text message is sent to the recipient. If the wrong message centre number is saved in your phone, the text message can't be sent.

Solution: Enter the correct message centre number.

Find "Options"

Press the Menu key twice.

Activate or deactivate delivery reports

Press Delivery Report to activate or deactivate delivery reports.

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is activated.

Press Validity Period.

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.

Press Delivery Report to activate or deactivate delivery reports.

Press Validity Period.
Press Max.

4 Choose message type

Press Sent As.
Press Text.

5 Save the message centre number

Press Service Centre and key in +35387699989

6 Select data bearer

Press Network To Send Over.
Press Circuit Switched.

7 Save and exit

Press the Menu key.
Press Save.
Press Disconnect.
Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
