Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press the Menu key.

Press Options.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Voice Mail.

Enter voicemail number

Press Access Number and press Delete to clear the field.
Key in 171

Enter voicemail number

Press the Menu key.

Enter voicemail number

Press Save.

Step 8 of 9

Exit

Press Disconnect.

Exit

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.

Press Connect.

Press the Menu key.

Press Options.

Press Voice Mail.

2 Enter voicemail number

Press Access Number and press Delete to clear the field.
Key in 171

Press the Menu key.

Press Save.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect.

Press the Return key to return to standby mode.
