Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 171 to check your voice messages.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Find "Voice Mail"

Press the Menu key.

Find "Voice Mail"

Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice Mail"

Scroll to Voice Mail and press the Navigation key.

Enter voicemail number

Press del to delete an existing number, if any.
Key in +353 (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

Enter voicemail number

E.g.: +353 87 5 1234567
Press the Menu key.

Enter voicemail number

Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Voice Mail"

Press Connect.

Press the Menu key.

Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Voice Mail and press the Navigation key.

2 Enter voicemail number

Press del to delete an existing number, if any.
Key in +353 (prefix) 5 (your phone number)

E.g.: +353 87 5 1234567
Press the Menu key.

Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
