Cause 1 of 6: Bluetooth isn't turned on on your phone

Bluetooth needs to be turned on on your phone before another Bluetooth device can connect to your phone.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Settings.

Press Bluetooth.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator next to Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth on or off.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

When the indicator turns blue, Bluetooth is turned on.

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Bluetooth.

Press the indicator next to Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth on or off.

When the indicator turns blue, Bluetooth is turned on.

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
