Cause 1 of 4: The picture message is written and/or sent incorrectly

The picture message isn't sent due to an input error.

Solution: Write and send a picture message correctly.

Step 1 of 10

Create picture message

Press Messages.

Step 2 of 10

Create picture message

Press the new message icon in the top right corner of the display.

Step 3 of 10

Select recipient

Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Press the required contact.

Step 4 of 10

Write the text

Press the text input field.
Write the text for your picture message.

Step 5 of 10

Insert pictures and video clips

Press the camera icon.

Step 6 of 10

Insert pictures and video clips

Press Choose Existing.
Go to the required folder.

Insert pictures and video clips

Press the required picture or the required video clip.

Step 8 of 10

Insert pictures and video clips

Press Choose.

Step 9 of 10

Send the message

Press Send.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press the required picture or the required video clip.
Press Choose.

5 Send the message

Press Send.

6 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
