Cause 1 of 3: The selected web page isn't supported by your phone's browser

Solution: Go to another web page.

Find "Safari"

Press Safari.

Follow the steps below to use your phone's internet browser.

Enter web address

Press the address bar at the top of the display.

Enter web address

Key in the address of the required web page and press Go.

Go to bookmark

Press the bookmark icon (a book).

Step 6 of 10

Go to bookmark

Press the required bookmark.

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press the menu icon (an arrow).

Add current web page to your bookmarks

Press Add Bookmark.
Edit the name of the bookmark.

Press Save.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
