I can't use the internet connection on my Apple iPad (11th Generation) iPadOS 26

Cause 1 of 4: Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for internet

Several functions on your tablet require an internet connection, e.g. when you use the internet browser, send email messages and install apps.

Solution: Set up your tablet for internet.

Find "APN Settings"

Press Settings.

Find "APN Settings"

Press Mobile Data.

Find "APN Settings"

Press the info icon next to the required price plan below "MOBILE PLANS".

Find "APN Settings"

Press APN Settings.

Enter APN

Press APN and key in live.vodafone.com.

Save data connection

Press arrow left to save the settings.

Step 7 of 7

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "APN Settings"

Press Settings.
Press Mobile Data.
Press the info icon next to the required price plan below "MOBILE PLANS".
Press APN Settings.

2 Enter APN

Press APN and key in live.vodafone.com.
live.vodafone.com

3 Save data connection

Press arrow left to save the settings.

4 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
