I can't make voice calls on my ZTE F320 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 13: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Press the Left selection key.

Select the required network mode and press the Left selection key.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Select Network account and press the Left selection key.

Select Internet and press the Navigation key.

Select Advanced settings and press the Navigation key.

Select Network type and press the Navigation key.

2 Select network mode

Select the required network mode and press the Left selection key.

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. Depending on the network mode selected, your phone will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
