I can't make voice calls on my Xiaomi Redmi 7A Android 9.0

Cause 1 of 14: Fixed dialling is turned on

When you turn on fixed dialling, you can only call predefined numbers and do emergency calls.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Advanced settings.

Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press the required SIM.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press the indicator next to "Fixed Dialing Numbers" to turn on fixed dialling.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Advanced settings.

Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

2 Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press the required SIM.

Press the indicator next to "Fixed Dialing Numbers" to turn on fixed dialling.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
