The PIN protects your SIM from unauthorised use. When use of PIN is turned on, you need to key in your PIN every time the data card application starts. Follow these instructions to turn use of PIN on or off.
If you have an active internet connection, it needs to be ended. Click here for information on how to end an internet connection.

Click Vodafone Mobile Broadband.

Find "Request PIN"

Click Preferences.

Find "Request PIN"

Click PIN.

Find "Request PIN"

Click Request PIN.

Step 5 of 10

Turn use of PIN on or off

Click the box next to Request PIN to turn use of PIN on or off.

Step 6 of 10

Turn use of PIN on or off

When the box is ticked (V), use of PIN is turned on.

Turn use of PIN on or off

If you have turned off use of PIN:
Click OK to confirm.

Turn use of PIN on or off

Highlight the field next to PIN and key in your PIN.

Step 9 of 10

Turn use of PIN on or off

Click OK.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Click OK to close the window.

Find "Request PIN"

Click PIN.
Click Request PIN.

Turn use of PIN on or off

Click the box next to Request PIN to turn use of PIN on or off.
When the box is ticked (V), use of PIN is turned on.
If you have turned off use of PIN:
Click OK to confirm.
Highlight the field next to PIN and key in your PIN.
Click OK.

Exit

Click OK to close the window.
