Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off

If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you receive a message.

Solution: Choose message tone.

Find "Settings"

Press the message icon.

Press Settings.

Turn on notifications

Press Notifications until the display tells you that the function is turned on.

Select message tone

Press Select ringtone.

Select message tone

Press the different message tones to listen to them.

Select message tone

Once you've found a message tone you like, press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Turn on notifications

Press Notifications until the display tells you that the function is turned on.

3 Select message tone

Press Select ringtone.

Press the different message tones to listen to them.

Once you've found a message tone you like, press OK.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
