If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email configuration and then create it again.

Find "Settings"

Press the menu icon.

Delete email account

Press the required email account.

Press Remove account.

Press OK to confirm.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Find "Settings"

Press the menu icon.
Press Email.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.

Delete email account

Press the required email account.
Press Remove account.
Press OK to confirm.

Return to the home screen
