Press the phone icon.
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press Call restriction.

2a - Select call barring of outgoing calls
Press Outgoing call restriction.
If you select Allow all, call barring of outgoing calls is turned off.
If you select Allow contact, you can only call contacts in the address book.
If you select Allow none, all outgoing calls are barred.
If you select Allow contact, you can only call contacts in the address book.
If you select Allow none, all outgoing calls are barred.
Press Allow all, Allow contact or Allow none.
If you select Allow all, call barring of outgoing calls is turned off.
If you select Allow contact, you can only call contacts in the address book.

2b - Select call barring of incoming calls
Press Incoming call restriction.
If you select Allow all, call barring of incoming calls is turned off.
If you select Allow contact, you can only receive calls from contacts in the address book.
If you select Allow none, all incoming calls are barred.
If you select Allow contact, you can only receive calls from contacts in the address book.
If you select Allow none, all incoming calls are barred.
Press Allow all, Allow contact or Allow none.
If you select Allow all, call barring of incoming calls is turned off.
