I can't use my Vodafone Gigabox Windows 10 as a Wi-Fi hotspot

Cause 4 of 5: The Wi-Fi hotspot password has been changed

If you've changed your Wi-Fi hotspot password without having removed the Wi-Fi hotspot from Windows, you can't use your modem as a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Solution: Remove Wi-Fi hotspot in Windows.

Change Wi-Fi hotspot password

Click Wi-Fi.

Click Change Password.

Change Wi-Fi hotspot password

Click the field next to "New Password" and key in the required password for your Wi-Fi hotspot.

Click the field next to "Re-enter Password" and key in the required password for your Wi-Fi hotspot again.

Click Save.

Click the network icon.

1 Change Wi-Fi hotspot password

Click Wi-Fi.
Click Change Password.
Click the field next to "New Password" and key in the required password for your Wi-Fi hotspot.
Click the field next to "Re-enter Password" and key in the required password for your Wi-Fi hotspot again.
Click Save.
Click Apply.

2 Remove Wi-Fi hotspot in Windows

Click the network icon.
Click Network & Internet settings.
Click Wi-Fi.
Click Manage known networks.
Click the required Wi-Fi network.
Click Forget.
