Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume has been set to 0

If the ring volume has been set to 0, there will be no incoming call alert or message alert when you get a call or a message.

Solution: Increase the ring volume.

Press the Menu key.

Press Profiles.

Find "Ringtone"

Press Options.

Find "Ringtone"

Press Customize.

Find "Ringtone"

Press Volume.

Step 6 of 9

Find "Ringtone"

Press Ringtone.

Step 7 of 9

Set ring volume

Press + or - to set the volume.

Step 8 of 9

Set ring volume

Press OK.

Step 9 of 9

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Press the Menu key.
Press Profiles.
Press Options.
Press Customize.
Press Volume.
Press Ringtone.

2 Set ring volume

Press + or - to set the volume.
Press OK.

3 Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
